Engineering Section of PRAN Agro Ltd (PAL) completed a KAIZEN activity by maintenance work in breakdown water dispenser which saved 226,200 TK. & 29 Amp Power. The team collected all breakdown water dispensers from several sections and they found that the heater coil is dam- aged. Then they solved the problem by changing the heater coil and sent the water dispensers to the users.
